Join us as we honor and celebrate the day ALL people living in the US, including formerly enslaved Black people, were granted freedom.

As we come together as a community to commemorate emancipation, we also dream of our future and work toward the progress we still need to make as a nation.

On Saturday, June 17, from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Perkins joins with Moore Unity and Curate Noir, Inc. to present a special family day featuring inspirational music, African dance and drumming, food, educational presentations, and offerings from some of our favorite local Black-owned businesses!

The location of Perkins Center for the Arts is 395 Kings Hwy, Moorestown, NJ 08057
