If you were an African American during the Jim Crow era, traveling was limited unless you had a “Negro Motorist Green Book”to ensure your safety.
That was the focus of the standing room only “Celebration of the Black Experience” event honoring Black History Month.
Presented by CSN Productions, the performance brought history to the stage in a unique interactive way at the Scotts Mills Complex, located in the East Falls section of Philadelphia.
It was an entertaining night of skits, games, information and music.
