Power 99 and The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia to award five Increase the Peace Scholarships
Power 99, Philadelphia’s heritage home for Hip-Hop and R&B, announced the lineup for Powerhouse 2015 on Friday, October 23, 2015 at the Wells Fargo Center presented by Coors Light. Powerhouse 2015 will feature live performances by Kendrick Lamar, Meek Mill, Big Sean, Future, Fetty Wap, Jeremih, Rae Sremmurd, Omarion, Jidenna, Migos and more. The event will be hosted by the Power 99 on-air team.
Powerhouse 2015 (#POWERHOUSEPHILLY) ticket pre-sale will take place on September 11, 2015 from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Listeners can go to www.power99.com for the details with the password: Power. Tickets for the general public will be available September 12, 2015 starting at 12 p.m. via www.ComcastTix.com and range in price from 19.99 to 150.99. One dollar from each ticket will be donated to Power 99’s Increase the Peace Scholarship Fund in partnership with The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia, whose mission is to generate, direct and manage private philanthropic resources in response to the strategic goals of the School District of Philadelphia. Power 99 and The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia will award five $1,000.00 scholarships to deserving, high-potential scholars at Powerhouse 2015.
