Swing into The Waterfront at SugarHouse Casino this spring and groove to the jazz tunes of local performers on the casino’s riverside veranda.
SugarHouse will be “Swingin’ on the River” with talented musicians who sing the great jazz standards and tap into the Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin era.
On April 15 and 29 from 5—9 PM, listen to the sounds of Eddie Bruce, a local favorite, known for being one of the city’s most popular band leaders and concert performers. To learn more about Eddie Bruce, visit www.eddiebruce.com.
“Philadelphia is my hometown and singing here is always fun for me,” said Bruce. “And, I’m especially excited about helping SugarHouse kick off this new opportunity to enjoy music while sitting by the water enjoying the great views on the Delaware River.”
On April 22 and May 6 from 5—9 PM, Marc Antonelli, a young vocalist, will be taking the stage to perform his repertoire of classical, pop and jazz, which he is also able to sing in four different languages.
During the “Swingin’ on the River” performances, guests can sip martinis or take advantage of SugarHouse’s craft beer specials while enjoying spectacular views of the Ben Franklin Bridge during sunset.
“SugarHouse is going to be a great spot to see live music all season long at The Waterfront,” Wendy Hamilton, general manager of SugarHouse Casino said.
In the event of inclement weather, shows at The Waterfront will moved into The Refinery bar.
