Extreme weather conditions in Chicago affected circus operations
For safety reasons, the UniverSoul Circus has moved its Philadelphia opening night performance to Friday, November 15t at 7:00 pm. The extreme winter weather in the Midwest affected the circus moving from Chicago to Philadelphia.
Ticket Exchange Information
Customers who have tickets for the Thursday, November 14th 7:00 pm and Friday, November 15th 10:30 am performances will be moved to another performance. UniverSoul Circus has made the following arrangements to exchange tickets:
Ticketmaster Customers
Ticketmaster customers will receive automatic credits for tickets purchased to the two affected performances. Customers with questions may contact Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or email: [email protected] .
Tickets purchased in October at the special Shoprite sale for Thursday, November 14 show at 7:00 pm
All tickets must be exchanged at the UniverSoul Circus Box Office located in front of the Big Top Tent in Fairmount Park at 52nd & Parkside next to The Mann Center. Since the weather is impacting operations, please check: www.universoulcircus.com/philly for box office hHours.
You may exchange your paid tickets for available similar seating for one of the following performances:
Saturday, November 16, 7:30 pm
Sunday, November 17, 3:30 pm or 6:30 pm
Tuesday, November 19, 7:00 pm
Wednesday, November 20, 7:00 pm
Paid tickets for Friday, November 15, 10:30 am
A 10:30 am performance has been added on Tuesday, December 3 to accommodate those affected. Group Sales will contact clients to facilitate the exchange. Individual tickets purchased via Ticketmaster will receive automatic credits from Ticketmaster.
Complimentary tickets for the 7:00 pm performance on Thursday, November 14
All complimentary tickets must be exchanged at the UniverSoul Circus Box Office located in front of the Big Top Tent in Fairmount Park at 52nd & Parkside next to The Mann Center no later than Monday, November 18. Please check www.universoulcircus.com/philly for box office hours. Complimentary tickets for the Thursday, November 14 7:00 pm performance can be exchanged for one of the following:
Tuesday, November 19th, 7:00 pm
Wednesday, November 20th, 7:00 pm
Exchange tickets as soon as possible because complimentary tickets will be honored based on availability.
