This month is American Heart Month – which is aimed at raising awareness for heart health, educating about risk factors for heart disease and sharing tips on how to live a heart-healthy lifestyle.
There are many ways you can celebrate American Heart Month. Here are just a few:

- Engage in stress-relieving activities like yoga, art, and meditation
