San Francisco Health Plan (SFHP) and PerformRx, a Philadelphia-based pharmacy benefit manager providing customized solutions and adaptable technology from coast to coast, announced today that SFHP and PerformRx will continue their relationship to bring pharmacy benefit management services to over 142,000 SFHP Medi-Cal and Healthy San Francisco members.
SFHP and PerformRx began partnering in July of 2013, servicing approximately 78,000 members in California. Since then, this relationship has experienced significant growth and has led to an increase in both savings and positive health outcomes.
