
Dilworth Park at City Hall is springing to life once again with eight-eeks of pop-up fitness.
Join in the fun with free group fitness programs, led by top-notch trainers from Optimal Sport Health Clubs that include boot camps, yoga and Zumba. These classes are designed to keep you informed and in shape – all in the heart of Center City. All programs meet at the Spring Training Check-In area.
Each week, there will be exercise and fitness tips from Rothman Institute experts to keep exercise enthusiast active and healthy as the weather gets warmer.
The presenting sponsor for Spring Training is the Rothman Institute. Optimal Sport Health Clubs and City Fit Girls are also sponsors.
