If you’ve never heard of axe throwing as a sport, you’re like me. 

I was recently introduced to the Throw House, an axe throwing arena located at 1121 Ivy Hill Road, Philadelphia, PA 19150. 

Owners Aaron Holmes, Alex Nicholson and Travis Washington have been lifelong friends and recently opened the facility.  They host private parties and special events, too. 

When I landed my first axe on the target, I WAS THRILLED!!!
