Over the years, my wife and I have been supporting Nile Café at 6008 Germantown Avenue. I finally got an opportunity to meet owner Michelle Joseph Corinaldi.
Initially we had some miscommunication on when our meeting was to occur, but it all worked out. They have been in this location for over two decades.
If you are a vegetarian or even thinking about it, Nile Café can set you on the right track. For a late breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is something on the menu to suit your palate. Hours are 12 noon to 8pm.
You’ll be heartened by the Egyptian and other African-inspired artwork, gifts, oils and more that they have available for purchase.
Plus, they have their own water filtration system right on the premises to provide the cleanest and freshest drinking water possible. So, if eating healthy is your goal, check out Nile Café. Call 215.843.6453.
When you call, be sure to tell them you read about them in the Philadelphia Sunday Sun. Subscribe to the Philadelphia Sunday Sun today. https://philasun.com/subscribe/
