Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, one of the top five credit unions in the Greater Philadelphia area, announces that it has launched a brand-new website – www.pfcu.com. The digital space offers a significantly improved user experience for potential and existing members seeking more information on the credit union’s products and services.

“PFCU offers a drastically different banking experience than its competitors, and now the credit union has a website that doesn’t just tell people, but shows them how we’re different,” said James McAneney, President/CEO of Philadelphia Federal Credit Union. “We’re excited for existing and potential members to explore the new website and see everything that the credit union has to offer and how we can help make their financial goals more accessible.”

Beyond being easier to navigate, the new website offers users a more intuitive experience that serves them information on products and services they need. Through the vast educational tools and resources available, the new website helps demonstrate how the credit union offers the same depth and breadth of services as large financial institutions, but often with more personal attention, better rates and fewer fees. In addition to highlighting PFCU’s offerings, member benefits, educational seminars and events, and commitment to community, the new website has been designed to help attract potential members and employees by providing testimonials from existing members and employees about their personal experience with the credit union.
