Rabb, Fitzgerald to host free shredding events June 10

State Reps. Chris Rabb and Isabella Fitzgerald, (both D-Phila.), announced they will host shredding events in their respective districts.

The events will be held 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 10 at the following locations:

  • New Covenant Campus, 7500 Germantown Ave., 19119
  • West Oak Lane Charter School, 7115 Stenton Ave., 19138

The event will allow people to protect themselves from identity theft by disposing of unwanted documents that contain personal information, such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers and bank account numbers.

Residents may bring up to two large bags of documents to shred.
