Everyone loves movies… But for those of us who love food as much as I do, sometimes pop corn and pretzel bites just aren’t enough. Dinner usually happens before or after the movie…
But what if you could have the best of both worlds?
The newest Studio Movie Grill gives movie lovers just that.
Studio Movie Grill recently opened its 21st location in Upper Darby. With nine screens, just under 900 hundred seats (the largest theater holding 175 people), and a full bar, the options are endless. As people filled the room and hors d’oveurs and drinks circulated, I was greeted by the most pleasant waiting staff I’ve ever experienced at a movie theater!
I was also able to speak with Ted Croft, Chief Financial Officer for Studio Movie Grill. “We’ve been in the business about 20 years and the northeast has always been on the list. When we came up to Upper Darby, we got to meet the major and the community was very interested in us. Of all the locations we’ve opened, this community and township (Upper Darby) have been more involved than any other store… It has been fantastic!”
Croft was very adamant about the importance of quality service and the atmosphere of Studio.
“You come in, you sit down, when you’re ready to order you push the button, the server will come over and bring you the drink of your choice.” You can also select the seat of your choice prior to your arrival. So, if you’re looking for “film, food, and fun” Studio Movie Grill is the place for you.
