Having experienced long periods of lockdown during the pandemic, now in its third year, we are grateful to be able to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends. It is unfortunate that during those lockdowns, many of us lost touch with bits and pieces of who we are. However, throughout the process, we gained a lot of insight into what society does and does not present to us.

We want the good vibes from our Thanksgiving celebrations and reunions to continue flowing into our lives. We don’t have to hold onto our disparities and disappointments, but we can elevate our joys and great expectations with the help of those good vibes.

With December and the remaining holiday season just around the corner, there is room and time for other vibes of goodness to be expressed and experienced. They are in  your laughter, smiles and that good, flowing feeling that permeates your environment prior to walking through the door of where you are going.  Your mindset and your expectations will also help to retain those good vibes.

The opportunities of 2022 are drawing to a close. Once that bell rings on December 31, the vibes of this year will become a memory. I don’t know if you are running, walking, or are just sitting still, but no matter what you are going through, let’s focus on good vibes.

Allow those good vibes  to continue into the new year — into your new life, and into your new experiences. Good vibes are going to be flowing in you, around you, and through you. Feel good about who you are and become the good vibe in yourself, be the good vibe for others, and share the goodness of the vibes that GOD gives you each and every day.

Until next time…PEACE!
