HARRISBURG– State Rep. Cherelle L. Parker, last week said she will sponsor her annual Veterans Workshop, Nov. 10 at the Finley Recreation Center, 7701 Mansfield Ave. from 10 AM to noon.

“We are using the theme ‘Understanding Your Benefits, Knowing Your Rights’ this year, Parker said, “and we will present information on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), women’s resources, and general veterans’ benefits.”

The workshop will include guest speakers from the U.S. Veterans Administration and service providers from city and state agencies.

“Our veterans served us, now we want to serve them,” Parker said.

Additional information is available by contacting Parker’s constituent service office at 215-242-7300.
