Each month, the Sheriff’s Office hosts seminars in both English and Spanish about how to buy property at a sheriff sale. They are held on the second Tuesday and second Friday of each month.

Despite being described as a seminar for the Asian community, our Dec. 8 seminar will be conducted in English and is open to anybody and everybody. You do not need to be Asian American to attend.

The reason for the flyer targeting Asians is that we will have interpreters available to translate for non-English speakers. This is the first seminar with translation services for languages aside from English and Spanish.

Nobody is excluded from participation in this seminar or any of our monthly classes.
